This was held at Weston, west of Newcastle NSW. With 30 attendees, Tim Heard talked about native bees then there was a series of hive split demonstrations. A few people brought along their own hives to split for the first time with some guidance. There was a number of odd or non standard designs that didn’t match up that well.
